Abstract
This study focused on the investigation into the environmental factors affecting principal performance in the administration of secondary schools, Kebbi State as case study. The study is was specifically focused on examining the effect of infrastructure on principals‘ performance of administrative duties in secondary schools; finding out the environmental challenges affecting principals performance in the administration of secondary schools; evaluating influence of the community around the school on principals‘ performance of administrative duties and making recommendation on how to improve principals administrative performance in secondary schools.
The study adopted the survey research design and randomly enrolled participants in the study. A total of 100 responses were validated from the enrolled participants where all respondent are principals of secondary schools in Kebbi State.
